Nashvillle Zoo

The kids and I went to the Nashville Zoo one day during our Spring Break.  They had just opened up the Dino Trek and the kids wanted to go and see what it was all about!  We enjoyed all the animals and the Dino Trek also!  We love going to the Zoo and just walking around, I told them I could walk it in my sleep because we go so much, but they love every minute of it!  I have some pictures of different animals and some of Grant and Madison too!  Enjoy!

Mule Day 2012!

We normally get out of town during Mule Day, but this year Grant and Madison and in-laws wanted to go to the parade, so we loaded up and headed out!  It was a gorgeous day for a parade.  Thankful the rain held off till we got home!  We have a few pictures of the parade for you!  Enjoy!

This was the hat Madison was suppose to wear but
she got tired of it and Eric put it on me and of course
took a picture for all of your enjoyment!
I was a country girl for the day!  :o)

Here are some pictures of different horses,
wagons and etc. in the parade!

This is hard to see, but it was an old hearse driven by a motorcycle.

Madison and Grant smiling for you!
Happy Mule Day!

Pinewood Derby District Champion!!!

Grant won 1st place in his Cub Scout pack in Speed (that's all Eric cared about)!  Since Grant won 1st place he made it to the District Race.  He was undefeated and won 1st place for the whole district!  Eric and I were a nervous wreck and Grant was ecstatic!  He did an awesome job lining up the car and it paid off!  Here are some pictures of the District Race.

100th Year Girl Scout Celebration!

Madison and I went to the 100th year Girl Scout Celebration at the Williamson County Agriculture Center.  There was lots of booths set up and fun activities for all the Girl Scouts to enjoy.  I have a few pictures of Madison and her Brownie Troop for you to enjoy!  Lisa Spencer from news channel 4 was there to discuss weather with the troops and the children really enjoyed listening to her.
