Dawgfest at CA!

Today we had our annual Dawgfest at CA!  Grant and Madison really wanted to go play games and win prizes and hang out with their friends.  So we made a day of it and it turned out to be an awesome day.  I worked the ticket booth part of the day to help out our PTO!  Everyone seemed to be enjoying the day!  I have a few pictures to share.

We had a great time at Dawgfest!  They can't wait until next year!!

Sock Day!!

Today was Sock Day in Madison's first Grade Class!  They have a "fly jar" in her classroom that their teacher fills up when there is good behavior etc.  Their reward for filling the jar up was to have a day where the students could wear just socks in class and around school all day!  I have some cute pictures to share!

More of Madison's Birthday!

Her Birthday September 19th I had some cupcakes

with Strawberry Shortcake theme.  She took these

to her classroom at school to share with her classmates.

We went to Chuck E. Cheese after church on Sunday with 

just us and had lunch and played some games for Madison.

Grant is up in the cage at the top of picture.  They both

love going to Chuck E. Cheese and they do have the best

salad bar around!  They all ate pizza and I had the salad bar!

We invited Cousin Lilli but she was needing a nap so couldn't 

come, we sure did miss her and hope to see her real soon!

First Chapel Experience

Grant got to participate in Chapel on Wednesday for the first time this week.  Grant and a friend lead a song in chapel.  I have a picture to share.

Madison's Birthday Weekend!

Well the whole month of September has been a birthday for Madison!  When September 1st started Madison has counted down each day till her birthday!  Her birthday is September 19th, Monday but we are going to celebrate this weekend with Carolyn and Danny and Great Granny.  We are in Hampshire at the farm this weekend celebrating.  

Madison got a "Princess Guitar" for her birthday from Carolyn and Danny.

Grant started taking guitar lessons at school two weeks ago so they figured Madison needed one to hang out with Grant!

Madison had a great birthday!  She loved all of Julie's clothes and of course Julie herself and she loves her Princess Guitar too!  Thanks Granny and Granddaddy and Great Granny for all the cool outfits for Julie!  I am going to have so much fun playing with her!

Labor Day Weekend!

We have had a great couple of weeks working on the Pontoon and visiting grandparents and enjoying fishing in their pond.  I have some great pictures of our visit.
