Birthday Party Time!

My class celebrated my birthday early with "Moe's" catering our lunch!  I also had a yummy cookie cake for dessert!  Grant got to eat with my class since his birthday is the day before mine so we celebrated together!

Field Day 2013

We had field day on Monday and it turned out to be a great day!  It was canceled on Friday because of all the rain.  I walked around with my camera trying to capture some cute pictures of Grant and Madison playing the field day games.  I got a few for you to see.

Grant's Guitar Recital

Grant had his Guitar recital on Sunday, May 19th.  He did a great job!
He played two songs on the Guitar.
"Take Me Out to the Ballgame" and "Scarborough Faire" were the two songs he played.
He is done for the summer and will continue with Mr. Griggs in the fall.

Taekwondo

Grant started Taekwondo class about 3 weeks ago and is having a blast and loving it.  He seems to be catching on quickly and learning his steps for his first belt test.  We went today since his Gun Dawgs class was cancelled.  We don't normally go on Saturday's but he got some practically one on one today!  I have a few pictures for you.

Water Slide Day

Today was waterside day!!  It was a reward from our bike-a-thon to raise money for our playground and PE equipment!!  Grant and Madison had a blast!!

Space & Rocket Center!

Grant had a field trip to the Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville on May 10th. He had a great time and here are some pictures from the trip.

Family Time!!

We celebrated Great Granny's 99th birthday with the family at Carolyn's and Danny's!!  I have lots of pictures to share!!
